Taking advantage of the ground鈥檚 heating and cooling properties to heat or cool entire buildings, or the 鈥渉eat exchange鈥 between the ground and the building, is accomplished by using pump and compressor technology. Geoexchange systems have the capacity to reduce a typical commercial building鈥檚 greenhouse gas emissions by more than 50% while providing over 70% of the building鈥檚 heating load.
