Toronto, Ontario 鈥 January 20, 2011: Aecon Group Inc. (ARE:TSX) today announced that Scott Balfour will be stepping down as Aecon鈥檚 President and as a Director, effective January 31, to pursue other opportunities. John M. Beck, Aecon鈥檚 Chairman and CEO will assume Mr. Balfour鈥檚 responsibilities.
