(鈥淐DPQ Infra鈥), a procurement agent for Caisse de d茅p么t et placement du Qu茅bec, as the preferred proponent for the engineering, procurement, and construction of the R茅seau express m茅tropolitain (鈥淩EM鈥). NouvLR is a consortium comprised of: Groupe Aecon Qu茅bec Lt茅e, Dragados Canada Inc., EBC Inc., Pomerleau Inc., and SNC-Lavalin Grands Projets Inc.
